Organizing the Farmhouse and some sweet little things....

33 years of marriage:
6 closets
1 barn
1 out building (storage shed)
1 cow pen
 1 chicken pen/coop....free range chickens
hundreds of them...
 1 sheep pen with lambs

 pig pen....need I say more?

no these are not random pictures
yes this is the farm that I live on....

=lots of stuff
etc. etc. etc

After Christmas I have this enormous rush to sort, separate, eliminate, clean, get rid of....organize....
the inside of our farmhouse.
in farm terms:
butcher the clutter,
and pluck the piles
I ask myself....What would you do? Take a nap? Or clean out the closets?
This is Bella! My littlest helper...
I usually keep a tub/plastic storage thingamabob in main rooms and start tossing things in them that I need to give away or donate.
Haha....don't look in my closets yet.
The cleaning and organizing has begun
But I have been making a few little fun things....organizing tiny little linen closets.

Little Valentine cookies made from Polymer clay, iced with paint and the sweetest little sprinkles from Martha Stewart...found the sprinkles at Michaels.
Happy New Year!

Busy times it is getting organized. I so need to do that. Did some laundry and ironing today. Got a light bulb for a lamp in my sewing room. Took the bulb with us to be sure to get the right kind and was able to turn the old one in for recycling. Now I have light again. Meanwhile my ironing pile is huge. I need to get in gear and get to it.

Happy organizing! I'm pretty well set since I just moved in last year but as we all know, closets do not STAY organized on their own! My biggest challenge has been downsizing to this tiny house.

I love your minis! ♥

You just work magic with your posts! I recently got some polymer clay and thought of cookies for my toy stove. Look what you did! I just love everything you do! Pretty chickens, too. Blessings!
