I don't know about you but I adore pillows...
White, shabby, rustic, elegant.
For some time I have been collecting wedding garments from Thrift and consignment stores.
Never paying more than $20.00 or $30.00 for a wedding dress, etc.
If they have exquisite beading...I'm in!
Above, the second pillow has a snippet of a gorgeous wedding dress...
from the 80's...you know with the puffy
shoulder pads...
yikes...
but oh the beading on the sleeves, bodice, and long skirt...all hand done...
So I added it to one of the miniature dollhouse pillows...
for something Princess like...

The hand painted panels which I adore are from
Caroline @ Cinderella Moments
She paints beautiful little pictures for a shabby vignette, room box, dollhouse, or shelf grouping....I have already started a collection with her lovely work. Be sure to take a look!
She graciously bought a sheet and pillow set from me to use in her latest cottage.
She is an artist, you can see her blog @
She handpaints roses and even has a tutorial on her sidebar, so you
can learn how to paint them too.
Uhhh mine looked like blobs of paint...yikes!
Love lace edged sheets....
I think I might have to sew some for myself in grown up size!
A woman needs a hutch to store her linens...
I took the pillows off below so you could see the surprise! It is the sweetest little trundle bed!
How sweet is this?
How about a girl's sleepover?
Oh my!
