Yay, we had a wonderful wedding. My daughter was beautiful. I'm so proud of her. She did such a great job planning the wedding, and picking out things. We got a lot of ideas off of Pinterest and then duplicated them.
The little flower girl was tired mid way down the aisle but her parents got her to get up and go the distance....then a nap followed! Just too much excitement I guess!
Carlsbad...the ocean in the distance.
These are the flower girl dresses I made.
What an honor for me...my husband and I both walked her down the aisle. My parents both walked me down the aisle 32 years ago, so it only seemed fitting to keep this tradition alive.
We served sparkling apple cider for the toast,
had a wonderful meal,
Cake,
bouquet toss,
garter toss,
coffee,
then we saw them off,
then...
clean up
and
night night...
the funny thing is, we spray painted all the glass vases because she did not like that the green stems from the flowers showed through in the glass vases. She wanted everything to be white, pink and black...no green.
My glass jars, her candy, cookie and cupcake design.
I never even got a cupcake, donut, or piece of candy...it was all gone by the time I got to the reception. Thank goodness I took these pictures before it all started.
We had an incredible day....I wish my dad could have seen her but maybe he was looking down from heaven. It was indeed heavenly.
Blessings,
Debbie
