Canning jar cuteness for Fall-Autumn Bliss

Hope you are joining in on the Fall-Autumn Bliss Gathering. Melissa over at Inspired Room is
one of the wonderful hostesses guiding us all along. She is one of a few gals that has a real
heart beat for blogging and has amazing posts that aren't just eye candy but what I
refer to as "Soul Candy"...things that
you enjoy reading, and taking in....making your soul feel content.  Autumn Bliss is making your surroundings beautiful (and taking pictures along the way!)
I have been getting creative with little canning jars. I'm loving it. Whatever I bake I try it in these little jars. And of course fall is the perfect time for these little containers.
I bought some Chex mix and added some little chocolate chips, and little mini chocolate cookies, mixed it all together, filled up these little puppies, put a lid on them...

and decided a little polka dot scrap paper was necessary and black and white ribbon....love how they turned out.
I've also baked little apple pies in them...

I even used the lids (spray painted black) and made a small harvest banner with them...
For July 4th, I made cupcakes in them!
And of course I baked everything in my little toy vintage oven! Yay!  I've thought of making little breakfast quiches, quick breads, fruit salads, pasta salads...they are just so cute to serve for company. People always love it when I pull little jars out filled with food! hahahaha....I guess it is the food they want not the cute little jars!
Please join in on the fun....over at the Inspired Room you will see other Participants with incredible ideas all month long. What  a great idea and so much fun to see what bloggers are baking, DIYing, decorating...so many ideas.

I've actually saved a Fall Picture File in my personal pictures. I've gotten so many ideas ( I need to live till I'm 130 to do them all....)that I wanted to save them for future projects, and meals, etc. Glad you came by for a visit. There is much more so stay tuned.
blessings,
Debbie

I am with you - I am crazy for canning jars! I have never actually canned a thing in my life but I use them all the time for other things, lol! Thanks for sharing your ideas - and I love your verse. So much wisdom to learn from Ecclesiastes!! Life is a gift from God!
