Little eggs and pancakes

Woke up on this wonderful day and decided to make some pancakes...I needed some eggs.....and I have some itty bitty ones. When chickens start laying the eggs are called pullet eggs which are teenager eggs! You need twice as many because they are "itty bitty"....and very yummy! Once chickens hit 4 months old they start laying an egg a day. The eggs are little at first and then get bigger...regular size.

A little baking, with little eggs, a few pancakes....mmmmm hot goodness!

YUm. It's been too long since I've had a big stack of pancakes like that!
