What a beautiful week it is here...blessed by
the sun, cool winds, and lovely wild flowers starting to bloom on the countryside....
I can't help but think of last spring...and all the flowers and blooms we
were blessed by on our country porch.
Inside I always add a little spring
with some (faux) blooms!
Who can resist peeling paint on white shutters and old white platters....swoon! Hubby mentioned that I have too many shutters in the house...
SO I brought up too many baby chicks in the barn...
but who is counting....he quietly left my shutters alone!
Big smile.
I learned to talk farm talk a long time ago!
He asks me how much something cost and I say 'oh about 3 hay bales!' Giggle...Oh my, wait till you see all the baby chicks!
They are literally everywhere.

Another day and another post!

LOL! Sometimes we just have to remind the DH's about their own little "things" before they will leave our "things" be!
Happy WW,
Judy
Your dish collection in your hutch and on your walls is really nice, Debbie. And I love your old shutters. I don't think hubby would allow me to bring even one into our house!! It's just not his style, but I love them.
Hope everything is okay in your neck of the woods!!
XO,
Jane
We have 15 adorable baby chicks right now. Love all of your shutters!
I like the hay bale count....I need to find something like that....like 2 car washes or something!! You are one smart "chick"!
Love your dish collection. Everything looks so cottagey and nice.

Lovely! Is that pink roses on the wallpaper next to the sweet shelf? I would love to see more of it. Must take a look around.
