What is on your table?

My hubby...wonderful guy...a farmer at heart...said there was too
much red in our home. He didn't like it.
I said sweetly that he needed to think of it
not in terms of decorating but farming...
He loves to plant being the farmer that he is and he needed to think Tomatoes, watermelon, chile peppers, etc....He loves chickens...yes loves them...I said think Rhode Island Red Chickens....he loves sheep and I said well....think chickens....hahahaha...keep thinking....Red barns, tractors, etc....
He wasn't amused...hey he's a guy!

Have you ever been over to Marty's blog?  Head over there....lovely lady...lovely decorating...always has a wonderful post! She is having a tablescape party and of course you may see a cloche or too. And if you don't know what a cloche is well she wrote the Webster's dictionary description...it is all at her blog!
Yes there are lots of chickens...we live in a farmhouse...

Come by for a visit sometime and I will show you the real chickens laying real eggs, real sheep...that love to get out of their pen before church when I'm in my high heels...they love to play tag! Big smile.
Blessings,
Debbie

There's never too much red for me!

I come to your site to see your lovely decorating. It shows me that rebate forms, a laptop, packagine tape, Valentine cards, and a picture frame do not have to be my decorations on the dining room table! lol

This is sweet. Just what color would your hubby like to see more of? Tell him RED is the color of love :)
I adore your many chickens and the RED--but that sweet toy oven is my FAVORITE!
Happy Tuesday!
