Welcome Fall~Farmhouse Tour

Welcome everyone! It is one of my favorite times of the year...

the air starts to get cooler, apple pickin' time has come, hot cider is just waiting to fill our tummies with its warm goodness....

Melissa is hostessing a wonderful party here @

She has such an inspiring site (hence the name...) and she is forever kind and encouraging! we enjoy sitting out on our porch with hot cider on a cool afternoon... every day we count our blessings. Next let's go inside and see what is cooking for dinner...perhaps some fresh baked bread, hot soup....mmmmmm.....sounds so good.

Oh what have we here? Who is that peeking at us? Is it>>>

It's Mr. Shovel welcoming us to the garden....
Below is a wonderful quilt given to me with fall colors on it. A dear friend of mine..her mother and grandmother quilted it. It is one of my biggest and most precious treasures.

Again....little reminders all over the house to be grateful, thankful...always appreciative.

Above I used salt dough, fall cookie cutters, and Martha Stewart glitter to make these bowl fillers. I also glued some to napkin rings from a thrift store and used them in a fall Tablescape.

Crows I stencilled to napkins. I also cut a runner from burlap and frayed the edges slightly, then stencilled them with crows. Took about 15 minutes...too much fun...and it was quick.

Thank you so much for visiting my farmhouse and visiting. Blessings,

I have been thinking of making salt dough ornaments for fall. The glitter looks so pretty on them.
Happy Fall to you.

I loved taking a tour of your farmhouse Fall decor!! Everything looks great!! It makes me want to get all my Fall goodies out...but it is still in the 80's here and doesn't feel like Fall at all. I sure wish it would hurry up and get here!!

Great Fall looks at your place! Love it all. Maybe I can finally get my place organized and decorated for Fall too. Have not done much all year and now I miss it. Been working on decluttering so I can do that.
