A wonderful way....

I'm linking up with Cindy to share a favorite scripture...
Her new blog is wonderful!

When I had my oldest son within minutes the doctor came in and said he probably wouldn't live through the night....he was trying to prepare me that my baby would most likely die! My hubby and I had already been praying for our son before he was even born.... and prayed
that God would use him in a wonderful way....

"There shall no evil befall you and no sickness come to your home...He will give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways..." Psalm 91:10, 11.
Our son lived through the night....God kept him that night....he was very ill, but every day he got a little better....
he just graduated from college, is working in an incredible church with his wife and
God is using him in a wonderful way....

Oh my gosh, Debbie,
This is unbelievable!!! And I always love the verse about how God gives his angels charge over us...Years ago, my aunt told me that it's important to ask them to be at our homes, so I did it!

Sending hugs your way...You're a doll! And so full of personality--thank goodness!!! I love it!

Oh, the link is open now so you can link it up and put you blog address in so people will visit!

love, love, love your post!! I think the enemy tries really hard to hammer us down even early on. Seems like the more the Lord plans for us to accomplish the more we gotta overcome thru Faith.

glad to hear of your wonderful son's success.

Happy Friday Debbie,

Wow...I love so much to learn the story of your answered prayer. Thank you. Amazing & perfect both.

I have a plaque in my office that reads 'Prayer changes things'. I'm learning more and more that 'Prayer changes everything'.

What a very beautiful family you have. May God continue to bless you with all you need and a little more.

Yes, Our God is an Awesome God!

Beautiful post! I lived in the country in Bakersfield, CA until 4 years ago when I moved back here to Savannah, MO and again I live in the country. I don't think I could ever live in town. I thank God continuously for my beautiful place it is so tranquil. Glad you joined the party today.
Be blessed,

Debbie, thanks for your scripture and your story of God's grace. We had the same experience only it was 50 years ago when our son was born in a small community hospital. He didn't breathe on his own for over a half hour. He had to stay 10 days, being tube fed. We also prayed and God spared our son. He is such a joy to us. He and his wife gave us our only grandchild. What a blessing! God is good.
