How much did that Tablescape cost?

Hey everyone! Welcome! Can you believe the summer is half over...it is for us at least!
Our kids go back to college the second week of August! Waaaah....
We've had a houseful of college kids home for a bit and it is wonderful....lots of cooking and lots of dishes!

Today marks the 100th celebration of Tablescaping in blogland! Can you Beeeeeelieve that? Yipeee for Susan the amazing hostess that started all this commotion!
Playing along with Susan@
She is the wonderful hostess of this blog party!
Everything to do with this tablescape but one~is from thrifting. The little blue salad plates under the white salad plate is from Walmart. but the napkins, napkin rings...dishes...placemats and tablecloth~All from thrifting! I adore fabric napkins and also napkin rings so I pick them up all the time. If they are the wrong color~they get spray painted!

I have stocked things up after awhile...so this tablescape
is very inexpensive...yipeee.
I love that don't you?
My husband sat down with a bowl of cereal this morning and like any spouse of a blogger would ask....Did you take pictures of your table yet? buwahahahaha...
I love that man!

See you soon!
Blessings,
Debbie

I think my husband and children are getting to that point, but I am not sure. What a great guy. Fun table and who would ever believe it was so cheap.

Great color combination...I'll bet that this cool color combination would drop the hot summer temperature at least 20 degrees. I like the slipcovered chairs, and you have some gorgeous tureens over on the far wall. Thank you for sharing your charming tablescape. Cherry Kay

I just love your charming table Debbie! And it's thrifty, my favorite kind! It takes a lot of work and imagination to make a beautiful table when you do it on the cheap and I so admire that!

So pretty!! The white bunnies as a centerpiece look great with the blue/green colour combo. I can't believe you got everything on your table by thrifting! I thought I was doing good this week to not have purchased anything NEW for it...but alas, I did pay full price back when I bought them. Enjoy the last few weeks with your college kids...that way you'll appreciate the quietness when they're gone!
Happy 100th week of TT to you!

Debbie,
I had never thought to combine turquise with lime but it looks fabulous fresh and crisp. Your bunnies add a special charm to the table. All looks so nice. I hope you enjoyed the time with your children and although the summer is almost over, we say in Germany: The harvest has nice days, also! Thank you for sharing your pretty table.
Greetings, Johanna

What pretty colors you have! Isn't it wonderful when you can hit your "stash" for a tablescape and not spend anything? Love your pretty new blog look too.

OMG, I love your sweet husband! That is the nicest thing...that he would even think of that! :) You got a good one there, Debbie! Love your tablesetting, too! I'm so jealous you've got kiddies home. I miss my son so much...only see him at Thanksgiving and Christmas now...maybe that will change when he's done with school. I know your children appreciated this table setting...it's wonderful and it's hard to believe you found those beautiful pieces out thrifting!
Hugs,
Susan
