Dad Gum Petting Zoo in my home...

What a week! I had a lizard in my house! Last week it was a GINORMOUS MOUSE! This week I went to go lay down for my Sunday afternoon nap....and a GIANT LIZARD was on the curtain above my side of the bed. I of course called (SCREAMED) for my sweet hubby to come catch (and destroy) the intruder...which he happily did.
Ok the lizard may not have been that big....but still....it was in my bedroom...my side of the bed....

I've been dreaming of a porch like the one above...but in reality my house looks like this below...

So how is your week coming along! I told the builder (in front of the upstairs window) to wave...he would be famous in blogland... He said "What?" Never mind! Big smile.
PS...I don't normally have a petting zoo in my home but with all the remodeling going on every one wants to come in for a visit! Buwahahaha....I'm laughing...not crying....trying to anyhow...

I would've screamed too Debbie. I've never seen a mouse in the house, but I think I'd be standing up on the highest piece of furniture if one showed up :-)

Oh Debbie, There's no building going on at my house and we had mouse...eek! I didn't think they wanted to come into the house until the Fall. We have lots of lizards running around outside with no tails due to our old cat. :) Can't wait to see what your remodeling is going to look like. Have a sweet weekend. xo

I've had mice in my walls, a snake in my dining room, a squirrel under my sofa, and a raccoon have her babies in my fireplace, but lucky for me...we don't live where there are lizards. LOL... Guess it has been like a zoo at my house too!!

Hi Debbie, thanks for the sweet comment and taking the time to visit my blog! All I can say is that you could never live down here in Miami, as we have literally hundreds of those lizards around and they often do get into the house. Good thing is...they eat bugs!!

Hi Debbie,
You are cracking me up. A zoo in your house, LOL! I've got a zoo in my house but not the four legged kind!

Your home is going to be so lovely when it's finished, can't wait to see it.

Thank you so much for leaving such a sweet comment on my blog. I doubt that I will ever be famous, but I appreciate the thought. You are too kind.

Too bad the guy didn't wave because he would have been famous here in blogland!!! Everyone is.

hugs my sweet friend.
