Be sure to see all the wonderful posts at these parties...so many incredible
ideas! Woohoo!
Hey everyone...welcome first of all to our little farmhouse! I have a little love affair going on with vintage toy stoves...I adore them. How can you go wrong with red and white?
Next I painted the lids red!
I cut some paper to go beneath the labels I found...
The label on the round box just seemed lost so I used some scrapbook paper and cut it to fit a little larger than the label. I decoupaged the background paper on first. Let it dry for about 20 minutes then decoupaged with Modge Podge the label on top.
The box below was a little too small to use background paper on...
Here is the end result and I love it. I am storing seasonal stuff inside...now if I can just remember that I put that stuff in there! Hahahaha
Below I found some similar labels if you wanted to do some decoupaging of your own! The link is below each picture. An extra tidbit of info....I went to google images and typed in "free printable labels, red" or "free printable tags". Some of these links have more labels and tags then what I showed. Also on a blog that has free downloads and free printables I will type in the search box up in the left hand corner of every blog "free" and then all the posts will show up of the freebies or downloads that that peticular blog offers. Have fun!
Joining in on these wonderful blogs and their parties.....

I wanted to make something out of paper mache round boxes that I bought at Joann's...I love round boxes. They can be decorated country, prim, shabby...you name it!
I painted mine white, it took a couple of coats. I did not spray paint them but I guess you could.

Very nice idea Debbie. Isn't it amazing what a little bit of paint and a great imagination can create. I love labels and I seem to be attaching them to just about everything I can get them to stick to.
Enjoy your day.
