DIY Organizing and the BURN DIET!

Hello everyone! I decided to start out the morning with a healthy breakfast before I started organizing. YOu know if you burn it...you won't eat it....thus the burn diet!
After all what could be better than a DIY diet?
Joining in today with http://asoftplace.net/

Next I focused on organizing my cupboards...this is my tea, coffee and hot drink cupboard..
I placed all small things in one larger container...kind of like corraling a bunch of wild animals in one corral...(oh brother...I'm starting to think like Mr. Farmer)....

Next I pulled out all the tupperware, rubbermaid, plastic container I've ever had since I married many many years ago....
I threw away everything that didn't have a mate, then I started putting things in containers to neaten this smaller pantry. We have a really large pantry too that stores large baking and cooking pans for when we cook for church, luncheons, dinners, etc.
Ok Ok maybe I played a little bit too when I built this hugomongo plastic container TOWER!

This wasn't too messy but I was going to straighten it so everything could be found!
I put every dry ingredient possible in a container. We live on a farm and deal with ants or bugs so this keeps everythign bug free. Next I will label everything!
Woo...I'm a little pooped but happy with the end result! I feel driven! Now the rest of the house awaits!

ONE LAST PICTURE....my sweet little college girl leaving to go back to college!
Have a blessed day!
"Be firm and steadfast! Do not fear, don't be dismayed...for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9

WOW Debbie look at all that organization!! It looks like you are doing a great job! I have started working today on organizing my recipes and putting them in a binder. That is definitely going to take a while but it needs to be done!

You didn't cry when you put your dear daughter on the plane did you? Hope you are having a great day.♥

I LOVE that Tupperware tower, Debbie!! You are so funny. It must feel so good to be organized and you inspire me. We have...shhhh...moths!! Where the heck do they come from?? It is a never ending battle. They are small but they fly out of the cabinets into your face!!

Anyway..sorry you are losing your girl again...
