But I did fit in a little time for some pinkness...vintage style.
I'm in love at the moment with all things 'REINDEER'....

So I snuck away with scissors and paper and glue in hand and proceeded to make a paper forest of trees to nestle my little white reindeer in...making the beginnings of a winter wonderland...inside....outside the white wonderland is muddy and problematic!

It made a simple backdrop for my reindeer, everything is on an old silver platter. I enjoy making backdrops for my Christmas tablescapes....perhaps I need to make something golden and sparkly...
Today I'm playing along with Beverly @http://www.howsweetthesound.typepad.com/

SNOW???? How fun...although, I know it's a beast to drive in! LOVE your winter wonderland creation!
m ^..^
That is a great idea for making a background for your reindeer. It turned out so pretty. I enjoyed reading your white Wednesday post, too. This is my first time to visit your blog and I enjoyed reading some of your posts. I especially enjoyed your banner with the scripture. I was very surprised to hear you had snow there. I'm hoping for snow soon here in MI. Happy Pink Saturday.
Smiles,
Tricia
According to Michaela (age 5), pink and sparkly are good anytime. Her dress up shoes for Thanksgiving and Christmas are -- get this -- silver sparkles. Like Dorothy shoes, but silver. Add in a bit of pink on both new dresses and that little one is in girly heaven.
Thought you'd enjoy that tidbit. The reindeer look so sweet! Hope your drive was a safe one, Debbie...
