It was wonderful hugging and kissing her...my little sweetheart. This girl gets to her mama!

But the neatest thing was that SHE SCORED THE ONLY GOAL! We won the game. How fun is that?

The win improves ORU’s record to 8-9-0 overall and 5-4-0 in Summit League play, ORU’s first winning conference record since 2004. Southern Utah ends its season at 3-14-2 and 1-7-1.
Booth’s goal came in the 31st minute and was unassisted. (newspaper article)
Mama is very happy....except we have to say good bye and she goes back to college and we go back home.
Thank goodness Thanksgiving break will be here soon and all our kids will be home from college!
Yippppeeeee!
Blessings,
Debbie

You must be soooo proud. What a beautiful girl. Your husband is beaming in your photo. I'll have to wait until Christmas for my girls to all be home. I can feel your anticipation for Thanksgiving. Have a great week!
YAY for Whitney and way to go!!! I have to tell you each time I see her picture....she is just so gorgeous! How exciting that she scored the winning goal for her team. I know you are excited for your children to be home for Thanksgiving.♥ Have a wonderful Sunday.
Hooray for Whitney!! You are such good parents to drive all that way to see your daughter play. Well, I would too, but yes, it's a Mama thing!! (and Daddy!). Whitney is a beautiful girl, I love that smile of hers!!
We seem to be in the same boat with our girls leaving us for college. It sure is QUIET around here!! But I miss her so and when I talk to her on the phone, I don't know if I feel better or worse afterward. Thank goodness Thanksgiving is around the corner and I can hug her ten times a day if I want!!
Have a wonderful Sunday, Debbie!
