A little vintage kitchen setting.... I love white enamelware with the red trim...I first saw it over at Leslie's bloghttp://sweets-mycountryhome.blogspot.com/ and fell in love with it. Thank you Leslie, my hubby says... for starting his wife on a 'NEW' collection! Have a blessed day! Debbie
Hi Debbie! Oh, I love this look! Are those little Roosters the handle on that little covered bowl or are they just sitting up there? I love that. Oh, tell your hubby collecting is what women do! :) Be a sweetie, Shelia ;)
I like blue and white.....but Ive been collecting the big pieces when I can find them ever since I saw Martha Stewart make soup on her stove in the big rectangular pans. I love these now.
Saw this gorgeous little snippet ..of RED..and had to come take a peeky...love your vintage enamel ware....I have two pieces I love too that I use for old buttons....it is a fun collection....hugs to you..have a wonderful weekend Deb my friend! cherry
Debbie, When I read the title of the post, I knew I had to get over here...get over here and tell you you're not allowed to collect it because that would mean less pieces for me! But I guess you live the whole way on the other coast, so it's okay :D Too funny that I turned you on to red and white enamelware! I don't know why I fell in love with it, but I did. And I LOVE finding inexpensive pieces. I could have more but I pass up the pricey ones and look for bargains :)
Have a great weekend :)
Leslie
P.S.-Tell the hubby I said I'm sorry! Jer hates my collection, too!

I remember the enamel ware from visiting my grandmother's house when I was growing up in the 1960's.
