Uh Oh! Who's been in the pool?

What is going on when your back is turned? All the kids are gone...I expected to be singing, relaxing, not doing much housework...after all when you clean it...it actually stays clean! This of course has been a foreign concept to me...
So this morning I came outside to have some coffee on the deck...lo and behold...the deck was all wet and no one was would admit to what had happened! There was water from the stairs in the pool all the way over to the back door....a trail of mischief so to speak!

And then right in front of me...the culprit committed the crime again. She has her own pool (a kiddie pool from Walmart) and she knows she is not allowed in the big pool.

She couldn't understand what the big deal was all about. She tried to defend herself but...
the evidence could not be denied...and the other dog "Daisy" was dry...doggone it.
Sunscreen anyone?

Hehe, this made me laugh. Too cute! "Who, me, in the pool? Nah." Thanks for the smile this morning. :-)

While the kids are away, the doggy will play. Too bad your pup's not stealthy. How cute!

You're cleaning the house and it's staying clean?! I wouldn't know about that ;)

Stay cool and enjoy your little mischievous one, Debbie...

LOL that is so funny. It's hard to keep Labs out of the pool.
Reminds me of our old lab years ago. I would be alone in the house and hear splashing in the pool. She would be going off the diving board.

Oh that is hilarious and she looks like she is laughing away about it!!!! I LOVE these pictures and I don't think you are going to be able to keep her out of there now!!!♥

Consider yourself lucky the water was all outside! My lab makes that kind of dripping mess everytime he gets a drink in the house. They do love the water. My daughter loves to watch "swimming labs" on You Tube.

Hi, Debbie,
She was just trying to stay cool! Can you blame her? We have had a scorcher of a summer here in central Texas and very little rain. I would like to join her. When I am out watering my flowers, I always try to sprinkle myself a little, too. Hope you have a good rest of the week. Vicki

Dogs are just the best! They drive you crazy, but you can't live without 'em. I have 2 of my own who are my children.

I can't blame her. It's almost too hot here to go outside to get in the pool. She and I could have been in there together. I always get caught too when I do something I'm not supposed to.
