Strawberry Patriotism! Eat it and say the pledge at the same time!

Before this wonderful weeknd was over I wanted to show you what I had made! A strawberry patriotic dessert!

I feel patriotic, just making this dessert! I baked a white cake (cake mix) and cut it into cubes. Put about a cup worth (or more depending on your glass container) in the bottom, topped it with sliced sugared or sweetened strawberries. Next....
add 1/2 a container of cool whip....carefully...not messing up the glass sides.

Next repeat your layers till you get to the top. You want to end up with cool whip on top...and then arrange strawberries and flags on top.

Keeeeute! I'm lovin' this for dessert....breakfast...snacktime...anytime....
Thanks for coming by!

My comment is a little late, but I think this is so cute. I love your glass bowl. It's different than a regular trifle dish. Very nice.
