I picked out my fabric, I wanted it durable for outside so I used blue ticking...which was the fabric they used to make all sleeping pillows out of. I cut mine in the shape of a long rectangle...sorry I didn't measure I just cut. Then I folded the fabric in half...so it was the shape of a pillow case.
Put right sides together. But this was the easy part...I promise this pillow took maybe 15-20 minutes to make. The right sides are together and then you fold back about an inch and a half at the top on both sides...this you will sew on the sides, but you will leave it open for stuffing.
Pin, and then sew around 3 sides, just like a pillow case. Turn inside out and stuff. Then I held the open end closed after stuffing, sewed the opening shut on my sewing machine, and added three little red buttons.
