Cross stitch Watermelon Pillow

I worked on this little watermelon cross stitch last week and then decided to make a little tiny pillow out of it. Can you see the little flag?
I had the sweetest little bag of ceramic buttons given to me by an aunt, I haven't looked at in years. This week I re-discovered it and pulled out this cute little watermelon button. I just love buttons, I don't know about you but I can feel goose pimply at a set of cute buttons!OK and quilt fabric, ribbons, a new quilt pattern, a cute apron pattern, and on and on! Big smile!

What are you working on today?
Blessings,
Debbie

Debbie, your pillow is adorable! I love buttons too! I especially love old vintage buttons and buttons from old baby clothes. There's just something about them.
Have a great week!

One of my favorite bible verses - I even named a quilt after that verse years ago. That is a perfect home for that cute little button. Sally

When I see all these precious items made by bloggers...I just love them...what am I working on? Well, it is about 110 degrees. I am trying to stay inside and I guess you could say I am a slacker today!! Great job on that sweet pillow.

Your cross stitch pillow is just adorable. Awesome job you did on it. I have been working on cross stitch cards. I have done 4 now and currently working on a sympathy one. I posted 3 of them I think on my craft blog. The fourth one I plan to post for Pink Saturday since it is Pink. If the sympathy card is done I will post that one too. Hope you are having a wonderful week.

Hello. I am not ashamed to admit it, I too am a buttonaholic. I have them in jars and tins all over the house. Your pillow is just darling. Blessings to your family.

Debbie,

I love your little pillow! How precious it is.

I've been painting some trays I bought recently and I have 2 shelves I need to get painted before Saturday.

Precious! I love that scripture too! Makes me feel like what I do around the house for my family is really valued by God. I read on your blog somewhere that you like to sing. I do too! Take a listen at www.myspace.com/angiehoward1
