Tablescape/Mother's Day!

Hello Everyone! Welcome again to Tablescape Thursday. Be sure to visit Susan, our hostess @ http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/

We are having a little Mother's Day luncheon at our house Sunday after church for my mother with our family. So I have set the table with my white dishes, and little bits and pieces of white and pink.

This fabric has little diamond sparkles in it. I made two flower girl dresses out of this fabric and had a piece leftover so I used it for the center of the table, added a pink urn and silk flowers.

The napkin rings I made out of scrapbook paper. The napkins looked terribly lonesome so I needed napkin rings! I cut strips of paper...

punched them with a hole, added a metal thingamabob....can't remember the name, it is too late...

and voila...napkin rings!
Come back by for my Saturday post and I will show several things I made for Mother's day!
blessings,
Debbie

Your table looks great. "Thingamabob", I love it!!! I can never remember what stuff is called when I'm blogging. So, thingamabob works for me.

Very pretty table and you added a lot of original ideas!! The table centerpiece is lovely and the sparkly fabric in the middle is fabulous! I bet that would look pretty at night with candles!!

I always love getting new ideas and the napkin ring is a keeper! I have tons of scrapbooking things collecting dust! I think the thingamabob is called a brad~not sure though! ;-)

Have a wonderful Mother's Day, Deb!
