Patriotic Outdoor tablesetting

Welcome to another Tablescape put on by our wonderful hostess Susan at
http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/
I set up a little table outdoors with a patriotic feel...my hubby and I had made punch this weekend and I used that for the drink. It had strawberry and guava nectar in it, orange juice and a little fruit punch. I put them in glass canning jars. Yummmmy!

The plates are blue speckled metal actually from our camping supplies! The napkins on the plates are red and white checked...then the placemats are actually tea towels I bought to embroidery on at a later date. I love them!

I made a tomato red wall hanging with white stars on it a long time ago and draped this over the red wooden chair. I love red check so much I think I will make some more pillows for my porch using this gingham checked fabric. I need
more hours in a day! How about you?

Blessings,
Debbie

Debbie,

I really like this, Debbie! The camping dishes and tea towels are a wonderful and original idea and I really love your wall hanging over the chair. Everything looks so much lovlier outdoors, don't you think? All of your details and decorations are fabulous! You have one inviting patriotic table there! And I would love the recipe for the punch!

I too, would love more hours in the day. More than that, I wish I had the brains to plan my days better!! ;-D

Have a wonderful end of the week, Debbie!

Yes, I need more hours in my day too! Your table looks so much fun as usual! I love it. I posted a picture of mine today and I have to tell you, as I was setting it for my friend and I to have lunch tomorrow and I thought, "Now Debbie would have red plates to put under the blue bowls to make this even prettier." My table is much more simply decorated but it came out nice I think.

Have a wonderful Memorial weekend!

hugs, Linda
