Knock your socks off Good...

Hello everyone! You are going to love this soooo easy and wonderful dessert. First I made the Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe....

I love making the dough, tasting the dough, ok and then using the dough for the actual cookies!
I then sprayed my muffin papers with Pam or cooking spray...

Use a big spoonful of cookie dough! Plop in the muffin paper.
I baked them at 350 for about 15 minutes, take them out of the oven and then add....

chocolate peanut butter cups...place these in the center of the cookie and watch them melt.

Oh My my, pop this chocolate goodness into your mouth and it will set you free! Make a pot of coffee, take a bite and while the chocolate goodness is melting into your mouth take a drink of coffee and enjoy!

blessings,

Debbie

These cookies are to die for!! I make them, using a roll (or two, three, etc.) of sugar cookie dough. Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces, roll and place each piece in a small muffin pan (holds 24), after spraying with baking spray. Bake for about 20 min., remove and place the whole candy piece in the center and then return to the oven for another couple of min. The dough will puff-up, but will sink in the middle, when you remove from the oven--the perfect fit for the candy. Try this easy method and enjoy!! Oh, and there are very, very low calorie!!

Those look so good, I can almost smell 'em! I'll have to give that a try. One of my daughters in allergic to peanut butter - but that doesn't slow down the rest of us. :)

I have made my own version of these before by using refrigerator cookie dough (to make it quick) and using the mini peanut butter cups. Yum!
