Wow- That's a lot of REAL peeps! Are you raising them for meat or will you do both meat and eggs?? When we get moved, Chickies are tops on our list of farm critters. I hope all yours arrive safely! Blessings- LillySue
Great post! I love your background...you know my love for red. Have a great week....it is Spring Break here and we are relaxing and loving the longer days.
Chicks are a part of many good memories for me growing up. I love your little chickc figure. You will have your hands full of fluff soon! :) Have a great week!
Good luck on the chickies!! My mother always said she would never marry a farmer if she had to raise chickens. She and my farmer dad were married for 55 years and never had a chicken. Don't know what that means - take it for what it is worth (nothing!!!!). Sally
That's quite an undertaking. I love to see them, but I have never tried to raise them. Good luck, I can't wait to hear all about it when they arrive. Hugs, Marty
Hi Debbie: My hubby has the chicken coop almost done and we are getting some chicks on Wed. I tried ordering them online but they are all sold out until May. So buying some from a friend who already got hers. I can hardly wait. Anxious to see yours when you get them. Ginger

How exciting! We are getting maybe 20, but hundreds would be fun. Stinky though!

Baby chicks! Lucky you. It's a sign of spring. Wish we could keep chickens but we're in town. Mimi
Sound like fun to me.
