Tablescape Thursday!

Hello everyone! Thanks for stopping by! Susan @ http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/ is the wonderful hostess for all this Tablescape fun!

Yes I started with a fake plant as my centerpiece! Aaaaaaggghhh I know this is a no no but I was at a loss to put something else there....I wrapped the basket with a black checked bow. I also used black checked ribbons to tie the napkins and candles with. White and black plates, and a black toile tablecloth that I made...edged in tiny black checks.

And I pulled out my sweet little garden bunnies. I just love bunnies.
They are all over our property outside and boy
do they love my flowers!

I have several milk bottles that my hubby got for me. These matched the black and white theme.

I used this little red wagon to hold condiment jars, sometimes it holds teabags or little packets of sweetener. The vintage salt and pepper shakers were passed down to my hubby.

Here is my buffet below the plate shelf, it stores many plates, and several glass luncheon plates.

Thanks for the wonderful visit!
Blessings,
Debbie

This is such a pretty table! The black toile gives it drama, but the bunnies and the green calm it. I love the chunky candlesticks with the black checked ribbon. It all came together beautifully!

P.S. I love to lead worship, too! I don't write music, though. I'm so grateful for the gift of song. God is good!

I really like this tablescape. But I'm a sucker for toile and for bunnies. I really like the pop of red with your little wagon. I too stash my chocolate in my buffet. Why don't they think to look there? Here's to hoping it stays that way. More chocolate for me!!!
