Thrift Store Shelf

Welcome to show and tell! http://kellishouse.blogspot.com/ is the wonderful hostess. I love show and tell because of all the wonderful projects and ideas you see everyone doing!
I love a good spray painting project myself...found this little puppy at the thrift store for 2.00! Yipppeeee, it screamed 'I need spray paint'. How could I refuse, another shelf....another display item....and a cute little dowel to hang a little quilt from....it practically hit me in the head as I walked by.
Soooooooo, I grabbed the nearest spray paint, just happened to be black....
sprayed wildly at the wooden shelf, impatiently waited for it to dry....

and then....

put 'er up in the laundry room, not my favorite room, but one I seem to be in alot....especially with one of the college men (boy) at home.
This is a tiny little quilt I got from Indiana, years upon years ago in Amish country. Love it!

Thank you for stopping by!

Blessings,

Debbie

Very nice! And I have to tell you that I have an old shovel stuck in the ground at my house that is all painted like a jack-o-lantern, inspired by YOU! I visit your blog each morning over coffee, so thanks for sharing! :)

Wow, that looks great! I have never really done spray painting. I'm thinking I may need to start doing that sometime. Sounds fun to change things.
