Hello everyone! Thanks for coming by Pink Saturday! I decided to set the table outside on our deck in honor of my parents 51st wedding anniversary this weekend.

I recently got this tablecloth at a wonderful hospital thrift store. I believe it is the shade of green that was so popular when I was a teenager (not too many years ago), avocado green.

These are handpainted rose dishes from my hubby's wonderful grandmother who painted china for a living. The pink crocheted placemats were made for me one Christmas by my incredible mother-in-law.
This photo is a wedding picture of my parents many years ago. They are in their eighties and still kiss alot!

I love little salt and pepper shakers, aren't these adorable? They were a gift.

A close up of these beautiful roses!!

I love eating outside as long as the wind is not blowing...
don't ever cook while you are blogging and posting! A small mishap in the kitchen because I was blogging when I should have been cooking!!! Oh my!
Thanks for stopping by!

Blessings,
Debbie

Debbie, What a gorgeous table and arrangement by the pool. That's about the time one of my grandkids would yell"CANNONBALL".
My cooking has probably taken a hit with all my blogging but I must say my house is cleaner all the time (for pictures).
Congratulations to your parents!
Hugs,
Gretchen
That is so great that your parents had a 51st anniversary and are still kissing. :) That is just too cute! I really like your little salt and pepper shakers. Thanks for sharing all of it.
I finally took some time to find your post on your spray painted berry ring. All I can say is great minds think alike! I originally spray painted my brown ones last year. Then last week, when I was trying to think of something to post, I remembered them. A quick trip to the dollar store and a post was born, complete with last years and this years versions.
I do like the way yours look painted rust. Yours are much nicer than the dollar store ones too.
