I love spray paint, I love painting things around the house. This was a terra cotta plant plate I have had for ages. I painted it black, set it on top of scrap book paper and cut around the base of it for the circle.
Then I took the paper and inked the edges...
Glued it down and added some 'silk leaves.'
I wanted to print out the words on my printer and it told me to install another printer...hello again!!!! So I used rub ons, and letters I already had. Added some more silk leaves, ribbons, and voila! It now stands in my dining room as a reminder to be thankful and not complain!
Blessings,
Debbie

How cute! I gotta pull out my pots now and do one. I have several just laying outside by the barn. Hope you have a great day!
What a great idea! I love how it turned out.
Debbie,
You are just SO creative...I love your blessed plate! Thank the Lord for spray paint! :)

Very creative. Your tablescape looks so pretty too. Do you change it every week?

It looks great! Girl, you are so very creative!
That is such a fun project! Plus you can use it for all of Fall, not just through Halloween, which is great!

I love spray paint too! Your place is so beautiful all decorated in fall!
Yet another sweet and clever idea! I love spray paint, too!
Your tablescape and your project just inspire me.
Very cozy and cute.

Great project idea. I also have lots of terracotta pots and saucers. This could give me more decor items!
Great idea. I think the grandaughters are gonna love it. Crafting with Mimi.
Oh, I LOVE your project...that turned out really CUTE!!!!
Great idea Debbie!
Very unique craft. I keep a plate on my counter which I use to post the daily menu on with a dry erase marker. One of the "Blessed Plates" would be a beautiful second plate for my counter space. Thanks for sharing your craft.
Super cute idea! It turned out great! I also love your fall tablescape. Those tall candlesticks are gorgeous!
what a wonderful project - another good idea to try...Ive not seen any idea like it before...off to go look for materials!
Very pretty and very clever. I do the same thing with the advertised plates that are forsale in mag and the Sunday paper. I cut them out and glue them to GW plates and seal with a matt finish. I only use them for myself or a sweet surprize gift for a friend. I loved what you did with the added in scrapbook element.
