Strawberry Extravaganza!!!

First you start out with at least four small containers of strawberries, wash and slice.

Then you take 2 pkgs of cream cheese, 2-4 Tbsp milk, and 1 pkg of powdered sugar. You are basically making icing! Yum. You stir the

icing into 2-3 torn up angel food cakes and mix together. This mixture is amazing and could be used with other fruit mixtures, like strawberries and blueberries for July 4, or fresh sliced peaches. Lastly, you take two pints of heavy whipping cream and make whipping cream.
Next you layer the sugared, sliced strawberry's and top with the cream cheese cake mixture, ending with a little whipped cream on top. Refrigerate! It is incredible for about a day and a half, does not hold up well after that. Enjoy!
