More organizing ideas

Have you started yet? Organizing that is? http://thriftydecorchick.blogspot.com/ is having a way too much fun organizing party...some great ideas! I have a few piles of papers (a few?) ok there are a lot of piles to be gone through. My biggest weakness...at least I think it is...is not filing when I should, or sorting when I should, putting things where they should go...but letting those papers pile up into monsters that I tremble at!

Yes I have read just about every book on taming the paper tiger there is. The real issue is you can read and read but at some point you have to get tough and jump in! Ay yi yi!!!! I would rather have a root canal or give birth then to deal with piles of paper!
Do you think if your files might be a little prettier to look at you would file more?

I love the idea of putting things in baskets, or cute luggage, photo boxes...
photo http://www.dominomag.com/ Hubby takes my baskets and fills them with farm tools, bird seed, farm periodicals...Is there such a thing as an interior decorator for farm...equipment...someone help me here!

I love all these boxes and magazine holders. If you liked shabby chic you could do light colors, pastels and whites. If you wanted prim you could go barn red, mustard and dark blue!

Wow here are some wonderful ideas for arranging things in an orderly but great way! (Is this a real place where people live? Come on!)

Bill paying center

Are you in the mood yet to make your bill paying area prettier? I must admit I hate paying bills, filing, dealing with piles of paper. (Root canal anyone? That's what filing feels like to me!) But I have thought if I could make it prettier I might not dread it so (labor pains anyone?) much by using pretty baskets, pretty files or recovered files, home office items that I actually like instead of using left overs because I haven't bothered to make this area nice.
Scroll down for more organizing trivia!
Blessings,
Debbie

Those spaces are pretty and certainly would inspire me to do more paperwork. What great spaces!

I LOVE to organize, and yet I have a perpetual paper war. Not with household bills and that sort of paper; it's the stuff I print off of the web -- all the nifty articles and tips and creative ideas on myriad of themes.

I am pleased to 'meet' another vigilante paper warrior. I look forward to future visits....
