Hey everyone. Well our knee deep snow melted, and some sweet spring flowers
bloomed. One thing about the spring blooms they come when they decide to come.
It was refreshing to see yellows, and purples, and pinks after all the cold white snow.
Bunnies and blooms are all in place...welcoming spring...and all the kiddos.

We were all together for a wedding this weekend. Loved having all the kids (and their Ipads, Iphones, Ipods...etc...plug ins, mess, blankets and pillows everywhere) we laughed a great deal and told funny stories on each other.

We were so blessed this week in so many areas. Our son and his wife who have graduated with degrees in Theology(church history), etc. have recently moved here to California, near us of all things and plan to pastor nearby.
We are beside ourselves with happiness. It never occurred to us they would choose a rural community when they have had several job offers in larger cities and areas. Our middle son is living in Las Vegas and is working at a great church
heading up their missions and worship department. He is able to fly home when we have special occasions so he is close.

Even though our daughter is leaving the nest and getting married soon to her high school sweetheart she said they will move back to California (about 30-40 minutes away in a town near us) after she and her fiance finish college.
So our week was full and our hearts are fuller. (Grandbabies soon?) I sure hope and pray so. Yay!

I know what you mean about the kids coming home!!!! But really it is such a precious time - we have 4grandies now so when we are all together it's pretty full on!!

You are truly blessed to have such a wonderful family and I'm glad that some plan on moving nearby. It's hard when they are far away. I wish our Texans would move closer (at least somewhere where I could drive in a few hours to).

So happy for you and your wonderful news. Family is so important. We just recently had all of our children and grandchildren move close by to us and we are thrilled.
